Robert Beauchamp is a seasoned professional with
extensive experience in both land management and real estate. After graduating
from Auburn University in 1983 with a degree in Fisheries Management,
Robert founded Auburn Aquatics Inc., a company specializing in the
management of trophy bass and bream lakes.
That company produced seven of the ten largest bass ever caught in Alabama.
His work in the aquatic management field
led him to assist clients in buying, managing, and selling rural properties,
which sparked his passion for real estate.
After selling Auburn Aquatics, he transitioned to real
estate full-time, earning his real estate license in the early 1990s.
Since then, he has focused on the development, acquisition, and management of
both rural and suburban properties.
With decades of experience in land management, development,
